Me thinks he won't be invited to the White House anytime soon:

I had the same impression. Most of it didn't garner much laughs except for the occasional nervous giggle.

Yes it wasn't your average roast the president night. Much of it just didn't come across as funny, but instead a blatant attack on the president. It was almost like satire in reverse. Pretending to funny - but not really.

I guess Bush's photo slide show from two years ago was funnier. Remember that one? "Them WMDs gotta be somewhere !"

Colbert wasn't funny, because the truth hurts.
